Chris Thomae is a certified personal trainer who has been making an impact in people’s lives with innovative exercise programs since 2001. Chris started his fitness career through his service in the United States Marine Corps where he lost nearly 50 pounds in 14 weeks!

Since his experience with the Marines, Chris has become a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also an athletic Performance Enhancement Specialist as well as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Chris has spent the last six years working with the Boston Sports Clubs as a well respected Master Trainer delivering cutting edge workout programs and classes for its members.
