SERVICES
FITNESS ASSESSMENTS Start off by setting up a consultation session. Here we figure out what it is you want to achieve and what you need to do to get there.
We determine your current level of fitness and what your greatest need is. A simple fitness questionnaire is all it takes. Start a basic movement assessment, performance assessment, or corrective exercise assessment. Let's get you started on the right track with your first workout!
PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS Each session we work on a piece of your fitness goal and help track improvements over past workouts. We will create a workout plan from day 1 and set a reasonable time line to accomplish your goals. Find what motivates you to work hard and see results! Your choice of 30 minute or 1 hour sessions. Includes 3 months of personal training sessions. Choose to train 1 to 2 sessions per week.
6 - Month Training Plan
- includes initial Fitness Assessment, Conditioning Program, Fitness Coaching, Goal Setting, Nutritional Help, Mid-point and Final Assessment, and lifestyle strategies to maintain your results! Your choice of 30 minute or 1 hour sessions. Includes 6 months of personal training sessions. Choose to train 1 to 2 sessions per week.
On-Line Coaching Program
- includes initial Fitness Assessment, Expert Training and Advice using your personal home exercise equipment or program variety for your gym membership, Equipment Purchasing Advice, On-Going Monthly Support on-line and phone coaching sessions.
